		<description>i go to Conowingo all the time its a beautiful place!  ( i live about 20 mins from it) i saw a snapping turtle hding in  a litle pond so to speak coverd with duckweed  and a water snake, black crowned night herons, eagles,,,,,,ive never seen any king fishers there ( yet)</description>

		<description>Thanks Travis, usually the best time to see the most eagles is around November.  That is when they are in their greatest numbers and are the most active.  I&#039;m guessing you can find some there any time of the year like but early winter is the best for the &quot;action&quot;</description>
