Retired Nurse with wayyyyy to much time on my hands, I was a home care nurse specializing in Oncology and post op. Orthopedics. I have had to retire early due to many back surgeries and abdominal surgeries as well, I now have degenerative disc disease and Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis. I spend most of my time in the garden that my granddaughter and I planted many years ago. It has been an 11 year labor of love.!! I enjoy Japanese gardening and walks with the dog and nature walks with my granddaughter, and I enjoy the theatre and music and reading. I spend most of my time in the gardens and have just recently taken up photography, thanks to my daughter giving me the camera early for Mothers day this year. I enjoy taking photos in my garden. Mother nature has been kind to me and I hope to keep her beauty going for some time to come. It is getting harder and harder to keep up with all the work in my flower beds but I will do what I can as long as I can. I figure if I wake up breathing it’s a good day!! Some times I think God doesn’t want me and Hell is afraid I will take over!! And that is me in a nut shell.
